More than 23 years ago, Jean Gross entered the real estate industry - a natural move, given her love for homes, experience in construction and ability to communicate with her clients. Jean has always been known not only for her vast expertise, but also her patience and warm demeanor. She is always ready and willing to discuss her clients' unique needs at length.

After 30 years in the residential remodeling and construction business, Jean's husband, Bob, joined Jean... the beginning of her team.  As a Buyer Specialist for The Jean Gross Team, Bob's keen eye to the process of purchasing a home brings incredible value to buyers with whom he works.  Bob also fills the role of Field Coordinator -- staging seller's homes and helping ensure their readiness to be put on the market.  In November of 2004 with her business continuing to grow, Jean hired Sandy Simpson as her Administrative Assistant and Listing Coordinator.  Sandy "holds down the fort," as well as handling all of the administrative aspects of Jean's listings.  The most recent addition to The Jean Gross Team is Michael Martin, who works as the Closing Manager.  Michael received his law degree in England where he practiced for several years before relocating to the United States.  He previously held a Real Estate license in the state of California before moving to Pennsylvania.
